Before you book
Terms & Conditions
Please review these event and venue conditions before confirming your celebration.
Minimum attendance.
A minimum of 30 adults is required to reserve the private
venue. If fewer than 30 adults attend, the food package will
still be charged for 30 people.
Venue fee.
A fee of €100 is charged for use of the private venue and staff.
Deposit and balance.
A booking is confirmed only upon payment of a 25% deposit.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of the event.
Final guest count.
The final number of attendees must be communicated at least
48 hours before the event.
Smoking.
Smoking inside the private venue is strictly prohibited.
Confetti and sparklers.
Petals, confetti cannons or similar items may not be used
unless authorised by management. Sparklers may be used only
as cake toppers.
Children and teen parties.
Children must not be left unattended. Adult supervision is
required throughout teen parties.
Allergens.
Please advise us of all food allergies and intolerances before
the event.
Outside cakes.
A €15 cakeage fee applies when the cake used during the
function is not purchased in-house.
Decorations.
Notify management of planned decorations at least 15 days
before the event. Decorations must be delivered and installed
on the event day at the agreed time. Tape must not be used on
walls.
Breakages.
The event organiser is responsible for any breakages and the
cost of replacing damaged items.
Cancellations.
If cancelled at least 15 days before the event, a credit note
will be issued for the deposit paid. Cash deposits are not
refunded. If cancelled five days before the event, the deposit
is forfeited.
